Education

I'm a graduate of the Stanford undergraduate class of 2016, leaving sunny Palo Alto with a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems (concentrating in Human-Computer Interaction) and a Minor in Creative Writing (concentrating in Prose Fiction.) I ended up with a 3.85 GPA.

(It sounds gross to talk about grades, but hey sell yourself however ya can.)

I've taken a bunch of classes in a lot of areas, including:

  • Computer Science (including Basic Programming, Systems Programming, Theory, Probability, Game Design, Computer Music, and Web Development)
  • Fiction Writing
  • Playwriting (with the fantastic Amy Freed, Cherríe Moraga, and K. Brian Neel)
  • Screenwriting
  • Film Studies
  • HCI Design/Design Thinking
  • Psychology/Neuroscience
  • Philosophy
  • Linguistics
  • Radio Production

(I really liked the Writing and Psychology ones, but all of them were pretty good. Except Probability. And that one AI class I dropped senior year. That was rough.)

I graduated from Lakeside High School in 2012. I liked it a lot.
